Partner Terms

Effective date: 24 October 2026

These Partner Terms cover the Tatsujin Pro referral program, operated by Tatsujin Investments B.V. ("we", "us"). They apply to every trainer and organization that shares a Tatsujin Pro referral link or code ("partner"). An organization partner also signs a written agreement with us; where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.

Who can take part

Every trainer who owns a Tatsujin Pro level gets a personal link and code under Earn with Tatsujin Pro. Organizations such as academies and gym chains are admitted by us individually.

What you earn

• A commission on every purchase made through your link or code by a new customer. The standard rate is 20%; an organization partner's rate is set in its agreement.
• The commission is calculated on the price the buyer paid after any discount, including VAT or other sales tax. Payment processing fees are not deducted.
• Commissions are calculated and paid in the currency the buyer paid in: rupiah for a buyer in Indonesia, ringgit for Malaysia, Singapore dollars for Singapore, euros for Europe.
• A referral counts when the buyer arrives through your link and buys within 30 days, or enters your code before paying. The first partner linked to an account keeps it.

When a commission is paid

• Every commission is pending for 30 days after the purchase, because buyers have a 14-day money-back guarantee.
• A trainer partner only earns once their own purchase is older than 14 days and has not been refunded.
• After the 30 days we review and approve commissions, and pay approved commissions once a month by bank transfer or Wise.
• Because every transfer has a fixed fee, we pay a currency only once the approved amount reaches the minimum: EUR 25, IDR 400,000, MYR 120 or SGD 35. A lower amount carries over to the next month; it does not expire while you remain a partner.
• You give us correct payout details. Fees your own bank charges to receive the transfer are yours.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a referred purchase is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled, or reduced for a partial refund. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payouts.

Fair play

• You cannot earn on your own purchase, on a second account of your own, or by paying for someone else's purchase.
• No spam, no misleading claims about Tatsujin Pro, no paid ads on our brand name, and no discount or coupon sites unless we agree in writing.
• We may withhold or cancel commissions that come from fraud or from breaking these rules, and end a partnership in that case.

Privacy

You see how many people clicked, signed up and bought, and an anonymous reference per purchase. You never see a buyer's name or email address.

Taxes

Commissions are paid without tax deducted. You are responsible for declaring them and paying any income tax or other tax due in your country. An organization partner sends us an invoice, or agrees with us in writing on self-billing.

Changes and ending

We may change the rate or these terms for future purchases with 30 days' notice in the app or by email. Either side can end the partnership at any time; commissions earned before that are still paid under these terms.
