This Privacy Policy explains how Tatsujin Investments B.V., a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands ("Tatsujin Pro", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit tatsujinpro.com or use the Tatsujin Pro application. Tatsujin Investments B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 74703382, is the controller of that data. We are committed to handling your information carefully and only for the purposes described below.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, country, and the password you set when you create an account.
- Profile and coaching data: certifications, saved sessions, client progress notes, and other content you create in the app.
- Payment information: your purchase and access status and billing details. Card data is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe, and is never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: device, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic usage information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide and maintain the Tatsujin Pro platform and your account;
- process your purchase and payments through Stripe;
- show pricing in the correct currency for your country;
- respond to your requests and provide support;
- improve and secure the service and prevent abuse;
- send you essential service messages, and, only with your consent, updates.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service and billing), to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of your consent (for optional communications), and for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform.
Service providers
We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the service, under appropriate safeguards. These include Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Vercel (application hosting), Bunny (video delivery), and PostHog (product analytics). We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Tatsujin Pro is available worldwide, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms to protect your information.
Data retention
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We retain limited records longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Tatsujin Pro is intended for professional trainers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
