Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tatsujinpro.com and the Tatsujin Pro application (the "Service"), operated by Tatsujin Investments B.V., a private limited company incorporated in the Netherlands ("Tatsujin", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

Tatsujin Pro is operated by Tatsujin Investments B.V., incorporated in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 74703382. For any question about the Service, your purchase, or these Terms, write to info@tatsujinpro.com and a human will answer.

The Service

Tatsujin Pro is a Dutch Kickboxing coaching platform for certified personal trainers and coaches. It is delivered as a web application that runs in your browser and can be installed to your device home screen. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the platform develops.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for professional trainers and you must be at least 18 years old to use it. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Purchase and access

• Tatsujin Pro is sold as a one-time purchase per level. Buying a level unlocks that level’s content for ongoing access; it is not a recurring subscription and there is no automatic renewal or recurring charge.
• Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe. Any applicable promotion code can be entered at checkout.
• Prices are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout for your market.

Refunds: the 14-day guarantee

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Tatsujin Pro is not for you, email info@tatsujinpro.com within 14 days of your purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no discussion.

We refund to the payment method you used. Your access to the level you bought ends once the refund is issued. Where the consumer law of your country gives you stronger rights, those rights apply in addition to this guarantee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share, resell, or sublicense your account or the content of the Service;
• copy, download, or redistribute the curriculum, videos, or materials except as the Service allows;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms others.

Intellectual property

The Tatsujin Pro platform, its curriculum, combinations, videos, text, and branding are owned by Tatsujin or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own professional coaching for the levels you have purchased. Content you create remains yours, and you grant us the permission needed to host and display it to you within the Service.

Training and health disclaimer

Tatsujin Pro provides coaching education. Combat sports and physical training carry inherent risks. You are solely responsible for coaching safely, for assessing the suitability of any technique for your clients, and for ensuring appropriate supervision and conditions. The Service does not provide medical advice. Always ensure participants are fit to train.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatsujin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
